Required columns
Time (seconds or mm:ss), VO₂ (mL/min), VE, VCO₂, RER, and HR. Relative VO₂ (mL/kg/min) strongly improves VO₂max accuracy.
Recommended columns
PETO₂, PETCO₂, Speed (km/h) or Watts, and optional stage labels for running economy.
Units
VO₂ in mL/min; relative VO₂ in mL/kg/min; speed in km/h; power in watts. Apostrophe variants (V'O₂) are auto-mapped.
Sampling
Breath-by-breath or aggregated rows are accepted. Avoid duplicate column mappings in the upload wizard.
