ThresholdXpert sends transactional and account-related emails to help you access and use the platform. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

Consent & opt-in

We send emails only to users who have created an account or who have explicitly requested information from us.

Unsubscribe

If we ever send non-essential emails (e.g. product updates), you will be able to unsubscribe using a link included in the email. You can also request removal by contacting support@thresholdxpert.com.

Complaint handling

We monitor bounces and complaints and will suppress addresses that generate repeated delivery failures or spam complaints.
